Delete locally stored assessment data
This removes saved assessment answers, diary entries, progress and calculated scores from this browser on this device. It does not delete files you printed, saved or shared separately.
Choose temporary or 30-day storage
Temporary storage is safer on a shared device. Persistent storage is used only after you explicitly choose it and expires automatically.
Assessment information
EDAT calculations occur in the current browser page. SDAT, USAT and IPSS use temporary session storage unless you explicitly choose to save progress in this browser for up to 30 days.

Local browser storage is not encrypted separately by this application. Anyone who can use the same unlocked device and browser profile may be able to view saved assessment information.
Technical website information
Like other websites, the hosting and network services may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. This may include an IP address, browser and device information, requested page, date and time, and security or diagnostic events.
The website is hosted using Microsoft Azure. Technical information may therefore be processed by Microsoft and its service providers according to the applicable service configuration and contractual terms.
Cookies, storage and analytics
The website uses browser storage for assessment functionality, storage preferences, and the optional Home Screen prompt. Sensitive assessment information is temporary by default. Persistent storage is opt-in. Hosting infrastructure may also use cookies that are necessary for security or reliable website delivery.
This version does not load advertising pixels, behavioural tracking or optional analytics scripts. If that changes, this notice and the consent controls must be updated before those technologies are enabled.
Device permissions
This public version does not use microphone, camera, location, payment or USB device permissions. The former acoustic FlowStudy prototype is not included and its route is disabled.
Retention and deletion
Temporary assessment information normally ends with the browser tab or session. If you opt in to persistent storage, this application assigns a maximum 30-day expiry. Expired information becomes inaccessible and is removed when the site next runs. You can delete it sooner using the control above or your browser settings. Urology Platform cannot retrieve or delete information that exists only in your local browser.
Retention of technical hosting and security records depends on the configured Azure services and operational requirements. Questions about those records can be directed to the Privacy Contact below.

If you follow a link to an external medical or government website, that website will receive its own connection information and its privacy policy will apply.
Ordinary email is not intended for urgent or confidential medical information. Do not email assessment answers, identifying health information, or requests for emergency care.
